Description
At first, the idea of a TRAP-016 even existing was questionable. However, as of 12/07/21, an audio log has been released on a public video sharing website by an unknown source. The log is located below:

"My dearest Elloise! I, Rasali, come to you today with a solution to your problem. I have combined some of my greatest creations and formed a new entity specifically designed to kill that new overseer, what's his name… Titan? Trevor? Ah, Tayrun! As any overseer would know, that child is still developing and getting stronger every day. So we need to end him quickly. That's where my, TRAP-016 comes into play. Standing at 7 ft tall and 13 ft long, this thing is a predator by nature!
The first anomaly I used was 002-4, my deer manifestation. Like any TRAP-002 manifestation, this thing shows up where you'd least expect it to be. I'll admit, I got jumped a few times myself while testing it in the Everyverse. Also, because it is the deer one, it is pretty fast, even for its size. The second part of it is TRAP-011, a brown hairy thing that can’t be directly viewed. If Tayrun tries to look at it, it will disappear, only to reappear outside of his direct line of sight. The final piece of this monstrosity is TRAP-022, a fungus with a mouth. I felt as though it needed some camouflage, so I added a big hood cape thing on its back. When it stands still, the cape conceals the whole thing. It also uses its tail as a weapon from time to time.
All in all, Tayrun has no way to get away from it. His exploding rapier is useless if it can’t hit anything. My monster is sure to win. I’ll even make a bet with you! If I win, I get to take you on a date and if I lose, well… I’ll let you take your anger out on a site on my world. Do we have a deal?”

It is unknown who these Ellois, Rasali, or Tayrun characters are or what has become of TRAP-016. It is apparent that 'Rasali' had access to the TRAP data base somehow as he know's about multipule different anomalies that are entered into the data log. It is also mentinoned that this unknown person has somehow created those anomalies, making them anomaluse as well.1
